Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Our estimated delivery date is between 1-2 working days. 99% of orders will arrive within 1-2 working days. We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday and all orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order depending on what time the order has been received. You will be able to upgrade your delivery service to 1 working day if required for a small fee.
We offer FREE tracked delivery on every item. No minimum order required & no fees on debit or credit card payments. We offer secure checkout via our numerous gateways such as Apple Pay/PayPal Express/Amazon Pay/Google Pay and do not have access to store any payment data. All debit and credit cards are accepted.
Your items will be sent tracked and you will be notified of your order status by email and you can view updates via your account. Not all items fit through a letterbox and you may need to collect or rearrange the delivery of the item if you are out. Most postmen leave calling cards, but some do not. Therefore if your item hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time please check with your local collection office first giving them your tracking number or by visiting Royal Mail before contacting us. Email your enquiry by contacting us via the "Contact Us" page so we can investigate the matter for you.
We do not pass your details onto anyone outside our organisation and will only send relevant emails. If you have received an email and would like to be removed from our promotional list please click the ‘Unsubscribe” link incorporated into the bottom of each email sent.
We currently have a limited amount of products on our website. We do, however, have access to all manufacturers and products. If your product isn’t listed we will be happy to provide you with a no obligation quote.
