What's the difference between HP 924 and HP 924e ink cartridges?

HP 924 ink cartridges are standard capacity cartridges and will print up to 500 pages at 5% coverage with the HP 924 black and up to 400 pages at 5% coverage with the HP 924 Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow.  HP 924e ink cartridges are high yield ink cartridges and will print up to 1000 pages at 5% coverage with the HP 924e Black and up to 800 pages at 5% coverage with the HP 924e Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow. Furthermore, the HP 924e ink cartridges contain up to 50% recycled plastic and the packaging contains up to 90% recycled contents.

Can I recycle HP 924 and HP 924e ink cartridges?

Yes.  You can recycle HP 924 and HP 924e ink cartridges when you buy from Ink Jungle.  Simply recycle by using the freepost charity envelope provided by Ink Jungle who raises funds for Children with Cancer UK.

Is there a HP 924 replacement?

No.  Not yet.  You will need to purchase genuine HP ink cartridges until there is a compatible or remanufactured product available.

Can you refill HP 924 ink cartridges?

It may be possible to refill the HP 924 ink tanks but it can be tricky to do and will involve drilling the cartridge.  Ink Jungle may provide refilled or compatible cartridges sometime in the future.
