Canon causes confusion by introducing PG540L replacing PG540XL

The corporate greed of Canon disappoints tens of thousands of customers by discontinuing their Canon PG540XL 21ml black to replace it with a smaller capacity Canon PG540L 11ml black whilst charging the same price.  The reason for this is simply greed.  We know that ink itself doesn't cost much but Canon have cottened on to the fact that if you put less ink inside the cartridge customers will need to replace the ink cartridge more often.  HP have also reduced their ink capacity recently so their new HP 305XLs barely have 4ml of ink inside.  This practice may be great for the profitability of their corporation and for their shareholders but it severely damages the environment adding the need to use more and more plastic, power usage and creating more landfill waste.  To top it off they are still using the old clamshell plastic that everyone hates which is also bad for the environment - why didnt they switch to recycled cardboard??  Not a good move by Canon.

To counter act this we recommend switching over to Ink Jungles refilled ink cartridges where the ml match Canons old 21ml cartridge and can help save on environmental waste whilst saving money on your printing costs. Click here to buy our refilled Canon PG540XL black and CL541XL colour ink cartridges.
